Custom back-of-house automation & edge systems
Software for the back of the house — built by someone who ran one.

Who
BOH Dynamics is run by Albert VanDine: twenty-five years as a chef in high-volume kitchens before moving to field engineering. The order guides, the count sheets, the invoice stack on the desk: these were his Tuesdays.
That changes the understanding of what gets built. He isn't a software developer fitting your kitchen into the software. He's a chef building software that fits your kitchen's own rituals: the paper, the walk order, the way a cooler is actually counted.
Watch it work
Live in your browser, on fabricated sample data — a photographed invoice is read line by line, and the prices cascade into an order guide and a price watch.

What the system does with it
What
Four real screens over fabricated numbers — the shape of the tool, none of anyone's data. The fifth is what's next.
One source of truth under every guide. The printed sheets your crew already trusts become generated views — same layout, current prices, full history.
Photograph the invoice at the dock. Every page lands in the queue from the phone, on cellular, before the truck has pulled out.
Every line is read, checked against the paper's own arithmetic, and priced into your guides — with a person confirming anything the math can't vouch for.
Every delivery compared with the last. You find out the day the cream went up, not at month end. The line and the item that moved come with it.
Counts that match the walk order of your coolers · recipe costing that moves when prices move · transfers between outlets, photographed, priced and settled. In design — built in that order.
How it runs
Innovations
A short piece, in the works: an owner talks to her own assistant out loud — on her phone at the desk and on a tablet in the kitchen — and it answers her from the same system that reads her invoices and prices her guides.
